Reserves beat arsenal 10-1 tonight and Gary Gardner apparently outstanding - I agree he could be a major star for this club!

Sorry but all those bigging Bannon up will be disapointed, he is a talent no doubt but just his size will find him out in the prem. Far to easily knocked of the ball, two stone heavier and five inches taller and he woul.d be great. I've watched C Adam a couple of times and been impressed with how clinical his passing is, similar to Barry but a bigger threat. I was hoping to have a midfielder in for the battle this wekend it could make or break us.

Apparently on other forums we are said to have gone to 3.5 million and are close to agreeing the fee, but Adam is waiting to see who else comes in. I think for hte money he could be a brilliant signing, scores from midfield and can find a pass. Still think Makoun will be on the radar if Adam comes. I also hope that GH has other targets in each position if he loses out to others. As he said the other day, a lot of clubs will be in for any decent players.

I think if Adam was offered a choice of Villa or Blues, he would choose them. He would be a small fish here but he would get more opportunities over there, especially with Bowyer and Ferguson getting no younger and Hleb only on loan. Plus a manager he probably knows.

He would be alright but I'm hardly going to cry myself to sleep if we dont get him.

He wouldn't reject Villa for Birmingham. You don't turn down us unless someone special is in for you.

Plus we'll pay him bigger.

Sunderland and Blackburn are the two biggest threats according to Blackburn and a Blackppol forum I read, and some talk of Everton coming in with 3.5 million.

Well we will lose out to Sunderland and Everton if they are in for him, not because we aren't a bigger club, but because of the constant negative media we have been getting this season.

Sunderland have the cash, and will lose Henderson sooner or later so will need to have a replacement.
