Houllier seems to be linked with a lot of MONesque signings. Why? Where's all these new Hyppias and Hamanns we're supposed to be getting with his vast scouting network?

Charlie Adam is in my opinion a really good player because, he always makes himself available, he is always in space wanting the ball.

He is strong, not the quickest but very creative!

Tbf MON would never have signed someone like Uncle Bob. Mind you neither would anyone else :)

I think he's a good player, he takes games by the scruff of the neck & has dominated teams with 'better' players in this season.
He's a leader & can make some great passes.
He'd be a better squad option than Sidwell & Hogg IMO. Could even be better in the team than Petrov & NRC.

I'd take Owen as a short term loan until the end of the season, but with his injury record anything beyond that is too much of a risk.

Totally disagree, Sidwell doesn't want too improve as a player all he cares about is money. He went Chelsea for money, then didn't leave us in the summer because of money.

Charlie Adam looks hungry and has alot more quality than Sidwell, ideal replaemt for Petrov!

With Owen we should get him for this season, it's no risk.
