   Gago, is the type of quality player we should be going for.Would be a great signing.

   A Cisse kind of player would be a very good signing as well.

Just looked on the everton forum, they started a thread on Gabby,

"-->
 Just wondering what people's views on him are. I don't think he is first choice at Villa anymore and I rate him as a very good player. He is quick, strong, holds the ball up well, everything we need for the 4-4-1-1 formation that we play. Not sure how much he would cost, maybe around 10m? But imo I think that would be worth it and the solution to our very evident goalscoring problems."

If yakubu is worth 11 gabby is worth 20

Gago is crap so I hope that there's nothing in it, certainly not for bloody £10 million. If we are looking at Real Madrid's reserves then we should be going for M. Diarra instead.

Ferguson was watching De Gea last week, which is why he wasn't at the Scunthorpe game.  One of the best young keepers in Europe, he was amazing against Barca last weekend - they would have had 7 or 8 were it not for him.

They said he wasn't at Scunthorpe as he was scouting Valencia, who they play in the CL this week!

Would Cago be similar to when Arsene Wenger picked up Viera from AC Milan's reserves?

Not really. He's more a deep lying playmaker.
Not a big lad but very tidy on the ball with a good eye for a pass.
