4-2-3-1 I think. We should look to dominate possession to try and counter-act Stoke's aerial threat. Even if it looks like we're going nowhere, at least we're stopping them causing us damage.

Urgh, I hate Stoke, not just as a team, but as a place and the people who live there. I believe they have lost all their games so far which will mean they will try and do what they do best to win, and that is attempt to paralyse Ashley Young's lower body... and likewise with Albrighton too.

It'll be a tough match, but we're more than capable of winning, and it's about time we beat a crap team like Stoke at their stadium.

Is Ireland OK to play... is he healthy? Hopefully our new manager MR Houllier doesn't make the same mistake as Macdonald playing Ireland together with Petrov in central midfield.

Kamara's predicting 2-0 (the twunt)

Personally we'll struggle. They're a physical side and we have Downing.

1-1

(Bastard system logged me out. Third time lucky)

From what I remember Gerard likes a strong tackling midfielder, so I would expect NRC to start. Gabs will be too much for them. 3-1 Villa Gabby with 2 and a second of the season for Petrov. Collins o.g for them!

Stoke play 'anti-football' (like anti-matter to skill and panache)
We should be up to impress our new manager so 3-0 to us!

I'd like to think the reason Stoke have gone without a win is because they're not very good. So with that in mind, if we score early and keep the ball, we'll do alright.

I'm going, I've recently started working in Leek with loads of the buggers so this has got catastrophic defeat written all over it.

Fancy a cheeky 0-1. We really need to start a new era of lots more possesion. And then use the counter attack with all the pace we have ...................
