Nice post Troy . Love to see that quoted in error by some tabloid journo.

General, re the new kit. I know this has been done over and over but if the quality of the players kit is anything to go by I'm not surprised its been delayed. It looks dreadful on close ups on telly, the seams on the collars dont look like they line up. Us lot tend to wear them as leisure items (obviously !) and bluntly they would look dreadful under a sweatshirt or a jumper. The black one worn at stoke looked really shoddy.

Its a shame, I looked at the Arsenal one in a shop today and is superbly made and looks great. Nike should have given us that template not the French one.

Hi General,

Please pass this onto the dressing room. It is a quote from Spurs' Captain Ledley King....looks like they thing we should be easy to beat:

" We're at home to Villa and those are the games that we need to take three points from."

It was in the context of them losing to Wigan after their last CL game.

I would have read that as Ledley King views us as a rival, not as a push over.

And that they should be winning their home games If they are to remain in tge top 4.

General Krulak here:

1.  Troy....what a post!!  Kept me smiling all day.

2.  I hope that we don't need King's comment to fire us up for this game.

General Krulak here:

1.  A tough loss!  I thought we played well enough to get a point but "thinking" and "getting" are two different things.  Once again, I felt that Heskey, while in the game,  played huge.

Hi General,

I recently subscribed to AVTV and after the initial day of joining it never allowed me to log in and I couldn't access the service. After a number of e-mails to IT support they tried to assist in various ways but to no avail.I asked for a direct phone number for assistance, they asked for mine but did not call.I eventually became so frustrated I cancelled the subscription-very annoying as I really wanted it.Could you pass this on that perhaps a telephone helpline would have maybe resolved the problem

Thankyou

UTV

That's poor.
I had a similar problem but sent the query through the generic 'Help' option on avtv and a real human replied within 36 hours with a re-set password and it worked.

General Krulak here:

1.  We continue to work to "fix" the issue our Fans are having with the Ticketmaster system.  We have been told that the resolution, to include "select a seat" should be with us in the next few days.  I will let everyone know as soon as we have the word that it is fixed.

2.  villaalways:  I have asked our folks to return their calls!!!!
