General Krulak here:

1.  Superbowl:  Not sure who I would pick right now.  New Orleans looks good, Colts and Patriots have the talent too....I do not believe that the Jets will be there ar the end.

2.PaulMcGrathsShirt:  Your comments are appreciated and understood.  We are looking hard at what we can do to address the issue you raised.  Obviously, we need to figure out a way to fill the stadium and, at the same time, make getting a ST something very special.  We saw, last year, the importance of a ST when it got to the Cup Finals...and I hope we see the same this year.  We are looking at this.

3.  Clampy:  I will talk to Nicky Keye and see what she has to say.  My sense is that she will indicate that you don't have to buy the tickets at the same time.  It is not as though we are always selling out the away games.

4.  Yes re. Young.

5  .ktvillan:  I appreciate your idea but....we cannot even get agreement on a "short list" for an anthem....I can imagine the problem getting agreement on a short list for a kit.  Also, we did a short list for our badge and that did not solve the problem of many unhappy fans.

I work with a girl from Pittsburgh. She owns a terrible towel and, if she wasn't married to a huge bloke, would be well worth five minutes of your lunch.

Anyway, as you were.

I'm off to watch the local Rugby team later, a real odd shape ball game. Winky.

General,

I believe everyone at the club to have done a great job over the last 4 or so years. I am extremely proud with the way the club conducts themselves on the whole. However two points of irritation for you:

1)Why is it acceptable to be served Coke in a plastic bottle but not beer/cider? Especially when there is only one catering outlet open for all North Stand lower fans (this has happened twice this season)?

2) Do you think £3.10 for half a pint represents good value and isn't exploiting a captive market?

Not bad draw that General.

Are you really hoping we head back to a cup final again so you can get to go this time? We will make a weeekend of it so you are welcome to join the usual motley crew from The Bartons for a pint of you want.

We are like a walking good beer guide for London.

Haha, I love you General. I cannot stand the Jets after all the smack talking they've been doing... they're destined for failure!

General Krulak here:

1.  cheltenhamlion:  I am with you!!  Another great trip to Bartons would do just right!  This time I PROMISE I will bring Randy and let him know what a true celebration looks like.

2.  Dan:  1) I didn't know beer came in plastic bottles. 2) 3.50 for a half a pint...pretty tough for me.

General Krulak here:

1.  Great win...derby and away!  I thought Heskey, Cuellar, Young and NRC played extremely well and the rest of the lads did us proud.  I confess to being on the edge of my chair for the 2nd half but we did what we needed to do.  I thought that the players kept after it...and GH was keen on his substitutions.
