I personally don't have a problem with the new shirt being delayed (even though I think it's not very good service) because I think too many people get sucked into buying a new shirt every season. I hope we stick with Nike for a long time because afterall, Nike are the biggest and best sportswear company in the world with all the best teams having Nike as their kit sponsor and with Villa having Nike, it only does more good making us having a great kit sponsor who make kits for big teams. Obviously Mr. Houllier has contract issues, but you'd honestly think the club would have sorted these issues out with the FFF quite sometime ago. We have had zero preparation. Laughing stock tonight. Same old shit.

First time I've posted on this thread as I can remember and I would have to agree with Paulie.  I'm sure we all know that having a bloke in charge of the team who has been turned down for the job he wanted just isn't good both for Kevin or the club.  We can't continue to blame MON's dash for the ongoing confusion and at the very least Villa and Houllier need to give a date when this situation is going to be resolved.

The whole appointment of our new manager has been nothing short of a shambles. The whole procedure was wrong, we should have identified a No1 target and gone out and got him, if wasn't available you look at the next on the list. This whole applying bollocks makes us sound like Walsall.
So, over a month after O'Neill goes were still without a manager who is sitting in France eating his posh dinner at an awards ceremony whilst Tony Pullis can still turn up after the death of his mother.

The lack of signings, the cock up of the replica shirts... if this had have happened 5 years ago there would be protests down the Trinity Road.
