Drennan, in the reserves already? Met his brother in a pub last week. He was pissed and pissed off when I told him I was a Villa fan but hadn't heard of his brother.

No problems gaining access to BH .........

Match wasn't up to much, strong wind didn't help but there was
some comical moments with Blackpool's Jason Euell (remember him?)
feigning injury and then moaning to the referee non stop for five
minutes

I was impressed with Villa left back Durrell Berry whilst Ciaran Clark
was head and shoulders best player on show -

Don't know whether Samir Carruthers meant it but his goal was
a peach (chipped gk from corner of area into top left hand corner)-

James Collins reminds me of 'Sammy Morgan' (not his appearance)
but the wholehearted performance he puts in, the lad invariably
finds the target when given the chance -

Arsenio Halfuid isn't a centre forward -I can't understand why he
doesn't get selected in his correct position in place of Shane Lowry
who had a poor game today -

Don't know anything about the scorer of our 4th goal .........
Michael Drennan (I believe he is from across the water) but he
took his goal well and was denied a second when he hit the
underside of the bar -

Several familiar faces there today including John Dixie Deehan and
Cyrille Regis who were more than obliging for autographs and a chat-

Footnote - Sid Cowans was in charge today, no sign of KMac
