The ref doesn't decide how many minutes to add does he?

Everton are a cheating outfit and he fell fully for it, it happens. They did walk the floor with us after all and we were under pressure most of the 96 minutes.

Incidentally Malcolm is right, he has nothing to do with the amount of time added on and yes, he was atrocious.
