Not a popular option but I would play Carlos (if fit) at RB

Irrespective of the result it just shows that Kmac has learnt absolutely nothing from last week as he was going to play Petrov and Ireland in the same midfield AGAIN... bloody hell words just fail me don't managers see the same game as the fans?
