Fulham - by far the best.

Great pubs around there, pleasant walk through the park from the station, lovely old fashioned, friendly ground.

Goodison Park for me - I've never been to Fulham, but am hoping to go this season.

Spurs was the worst, a terrible ground.

Spurzzz away was always my favourite due to it being a local game for me and most of my family and friends being Spurzzz fans. Was good to beat them, especially the 5-2 result.

Fulham and Chelsea were always a pleasure, as I lived locally in Putney for a few years.

Worst away days always been Bluenoses, West Ham and Millwall (at The Den), all a living nightmare.

I like us playing at West Brom. A proper derby atmosphere with healthy rivalry instead of vicious hatred. The games have a much longer history than anything with small heath. Ok you cant understand a word what their fans say if they are from the other side of the M5, but at least they arent a bunch of humourless knuckle dragging retards brought up in a bitter twisted atmopshere born out of a 100 years of winning f*** all. And it doesnt cost £48. And we nearly always win.

I think the atmosphere is every bit as nasty as the Blues derby, especially at the Yawnthorns.

another vote for Fulham here as well, just a shame that it will fall on the anniversary of my Dad passing away last year.
I will be there though and although I usually as a strict rule never wear colours I am going to wear my Dads's 82 final shirt.

Probably Fulham for me as well.

Big shout going out to the Dell though.

And The Valley was a decent day out ( always seemed to be an evening)

Fulham is a big favourite with all clubs,
my Man utd friend showed me a thread about away days similar to this, and it was 90% Fulham as there favourite

i too love Fulham,
but if i could only go to one away game a season it would be Blues, no contest, i just love the friendly rivalry and the jolly banter on the way home

Nowadays it's Ewood Park.

My closest PL ground, easy parking and a quick get away afterwards, decent away end, relatively cheap tickets, usually a good Villa turnout and - with one or two notable exceptions - we have a reasonable record there.

I used to really like Maine Road.

The Shay, Halifax Town about October 1970 travelling up over the Pennines with 4 lads in my old mini (no motorway up there then) and stopping for a snowball fight on the way. Think we lost 1-2. Also going to Bournmouth the following season losing 3 - 0 but seeing a fantastic meteor shower on clear crisp night on the way back around Salisbury Plain.

I always enjoy going to Ewood Park, Pride Park and recently the Walkers Stadium. Another ground i used to enjoy us playing at but hated the drive to and from was Portman Road.

Easy, GT MK 1's last game in May 1990 - Everton 3 - the Villa 3.

OR

Big Ron's first match in charge at Hillsbourgh in Aug 1991 - Sheff Weds 2 - the Villa 3.

Great games, great atmosphere, great weather, great result and huge Villa support on both occasions.

Blackburn away probably. 1st time going there just after my birthday in 2009 (won 2-0 - Milner & Gabby). 2nd time the outstanding league cup semi 1st leg... the drama of the 1st game being called off due to snow, then worrying the re-schedueled game would be called off, snow/ice, an awful lot of alcohol, non-stop singing, fantastic atmosphere, just amazing!

Probably 2nd might have to go to Emirates (purely for this seasons carnival atmosphere).

Honourable mentions - Goodison, WHL, Blackpool, Wembley
