Feeling desperately pessimistic about this game! Just hoping for Dunne, Luke and Warnock to be fit and back. Don't hold out any hope for Gabby though!

Hope Ireland plays in a more advanced position too!

..........................Friedel............................

L.Young......Collins........Dunne......Warnock

....................NRC...........Petrov...................

Albrighton...........Ireland..............A.Young

.......................Delfouneso.........................

Will be happy with a score draw to stop the rot!

1-2 Everton

Friedel
Cuellar - Collins - Dunne - Young
Young - NRC - Petrov - Ireland - Downing
Gabby

Is how I'd go. Keep it tight and try and get a point.

On TV too so yet more embarrassment to come.

0 - 3!!!

I'm hearing that we don't have a fit striker in the club. The Fonz now has a ''bug''.

Gabby should be fit enough to play.  I fuckin hope he is, i really hate John Carew after his cowardly performance last Sunday

I must say it makes quite a nice change to see some more realistic score predictions on this thread than is usually the case, obviously induced by the current doom and gloom! I almost feel quite positive as everyone expecting us to lose this one, rather than the usual "4-0 to the Villa, Big John to get a couple" etc, etc type of prediction

with all the doom and gloom around at the moment, surely the downward spiral has got to stop at some point?! hopefully the players have all had a good kick up the arse at least or a p45 waved in front of them for motivation and they'll come out and play like we all know they can - think positive!! 2-1 to villa

First post on this thread-as I always think it is unlucky. 1-5 is the probable score line, so maybe I can jinx it the other way. :o

Sorry but I just can't see anything other than another defeat.  0-2 and a virtually empty VP at the final whistle.  A fresh start witha new manager thereafter.

I bet Kevin Macdonald picks Heskey and continue's to play Petrov next to ireland in central-midfield.

I'd play:

Friedel
Young Cuellar Dunne Warnock
Albrighton NRC Ireland Downing A.Young
Gabby

Mac will play:

Friedel
Young Collins Dunne Warnock
Petrov Ireland Downing
Gabby A.Young Carew

And we'll get battled out of it in the midfield.
