I am a little disappointed with the line-up.  We need to take this game seriously.

That said, Rapid are not the side they were last year; they have lost a couple of good players and their 'star' striker has refused to play as his is moving to Rangers.

Well I see the sense at this stage, I wouldn't be happy in the quarter finals. Come on the Villa!

I dont get this team at all.........Why play players out of positon ?? Clark and Baker are 2 recognised centre halves, both kids who need the experience and yet he plays Beye !!!! If MON had picked this team he would have been slaughtered.

Heskey... urgh. I'd rather Delfouneso play instead and I'd also like to see Weimann instead of Bannan. I have nothing against Barry Bannan, but I feel he'll be targeted by some big 6'3 defender and I feel he'll be better used coming off the bench and making some sort of impact.

Oh well, I hope they can make a good go of it.

Beye has actually played centre-back far more than right-back during his career.

What is the sense in playing this team, to lose the leg and tie ???

Im sure you are correct but why not play Baker or Clark, two good young kids who need the games

Hardly an inspiring team selection, and one MON would've been hammered for.

However, I would've trusted MON's judgment and will do the same with Kev Mac.

Let's hope some of these players want to be playing Sunday and put a real shift in.

I don't see this at all as a guaranteed defeat. We all proclaimed KM on Saturday. Has he become an idiot all of a sudden? Let's trust him and see how it goes.

Aren't you criticising him for not playing enough experienced players?

Don't understand the thinking behind that team, I really don't, its not as though they are some obscure Welsh side playing in Oswestry.
