Agree tv , curbs and kmac are the rank outsiders in my opinion, the other 3 surely must have more to offer.

Interviews have finished- they were conducted in London  over last 3 days and randy is heading back to brum tonight- curbs was interviewed , now it's a question of choosing new Manager- hopefully we may hear tomorrow- mirror website confirming interviews at a London hotel.

i see nothing on the mirror website
Depressingly, it is there:

Mirror article
That article is the biggest load of bollocks I have read in years.

When the dust settles lets not forget that 13 people on here voted for David O Leary. Do they still have the Disaster in Doncaster DVD available in the club shop? :o

Some itk on 606 said interviews are. Monday houlier. Tuesday moyes. Wednesday that curb bloke thurs Sven and kmac and anouncmemt Friday

Not sure if I beleive cause if Lerner was spotted in hotel and these managers were there some more news would of broke surley

these are also the first 5 in the betting on betfair and their odds have fluctuated recently, so it wouldnt be too hard to believe

when was randy meant to be in corsica?

plus the general said he would be offline for a few days? so maybe he is involved in the interview process?

Stop talking about Hague TV.... oh back on Curbishley. Such a boring useless man. grrr not for Villa. Never for Villa. We need something exciting and different. We need Sven! Lock up your daughter, wives, mums, grans and anything else with a pulse, Sven is in town!

What football experience does the General actually have when it comes down to picking a Manager

Sturrock! that is one hell of a piss take whoever thought that one up must be on smack!!

I can assure you that I take nothing stronger than Calpol, and even that's only ever with an Arrowroot Biscuit to "soak it up".

Jewell Monday, Chris Hutchings Tuesday, Curbishley today, Bobby Gould Thursday and John Fashanu on Friday.

Awooga!

Even then I wouldn't have Curbishley.

Maybe Frédéric Hantz* is the man.

*Manager of Bastia, Corsica's main football team. Relegated in last position from Ligue 2 last year.

If there is no one outstanding available, then Lerner is best to give KMac a shot.  We're not going to win any Cups this year anyways.

I just dont see Moyes sitting through an interview procedure 'begging' to be the Aston Villa boss.

And also why they'd interview Moyes in Liverpool.
