Apologies if this has already been posted, but according to the BBC website Bob Bradley has extended his contract with the USA for 4 years.

Bullet dodged.

According to the Guardian, "likely to mean he gets it".

The only plus point to that would be possible transfers in - he's said he's recommended some players to the board already.

Could we not get Dalglish from Liverpool to help him out a bit.  Did they ever play together?

It's strange as I would have thought that if they didn't fancy him they'd be polite enough to have a quiet word and encourage him to not throw his hat in the ring.  That way he could save face and move back to being a coach without any embarassment?

That's if you believe the gun was fired in the first place.

Is this the same Dalglish that wanted to take MON to Liverpool? No thanks.

My own working theory is that he was one of the people being considered by Randy.  Now that we're coming to the end of the process and he's not in the frame, he's signing on again with the USA.

Not K Mac please. He has not shown enough in the 5 matches in charge to be given the job.

Apparently.. "Ladbrokes have suspended betting on Moyes being the next Villa manager. His odds have went from 50/1 this morning to 4/1 - suspended this afternoon. Paddy Power confirmed on the radio they also had slashed major odds on him and would be suspending betting on him at 7/4"

Like I said, apparently.

Kev Mac is a nice guy but not big enough for the job, I heard him say the other day he faces a battle to keep the better players, not what I want to hear at all.
