Jol maybe but I belive there is quite a big compo package in order  for him to leave hence why Fulham pulled out of appointing him.

Well, I doubted O'Neill would leave Villa at the start of the day, but there it is. And when I see Alan Curbishley at the top of the odds to succeed him, it makes me want to weep.

Jol or Bilic please. Sven's track record is clear: he needs a budget to succeed, and we clearly don't have that.

I'd go for Bilic. Out of contract so no fee, young with a point to prove, and very much in the tactical vanguard, which would make a nice change (he recently talked about formations saying "there are no lines anymore" which, though a bit mad, sounds like fun).

Also, it may be totally left-field but - Leonardo?

bring in quality players from oversea like Arsene Wenger

keep a strong english core in the team

Who is the man ? I don't know but I would love Joseph Guardiola of Barcelona. 

We need to find next generation Arsene Wenger to take over Aston Villa but who ?

Joachim Low would be my choice if we can't get Martin Jol.

I would like David Moyes, he has done well at Everton with limited funds, and maybe under Randy, the next manager might not have much cash to spend.
