Oh, well, at least we can console ourselves with the thought that at least we don't have to make the expensive trip to Wembley to watch us lose to Man Utd.

Whereas the more delusional Citeh fans will make the trip thinking that this is finally the time that they get to usurp their neighbours... before losing to the inevitable Rooney goal in the 94th minute.

If Houllier had picked a similar side of Fergie yesterday, he would have been castigated had it gone wrong. Managers make some odd choices, some come off, some don't, that is life. It is weeks ago now, and the world has not ended for Villa, there are many more important things to be getting upset about that that game still. Much more.

FT Sevilla 1-1 Barca, great game in the second half, both sides could easily have nicked a winner.

A possible F.A Cup quarter final at home against Reading might not have been high on your agenda Ozz, but for a few others,  it was.

I wish he had. With Rooney and Hernandez up front we might have given City a game.

You're right there's so much more to possibly get upset about, but how much nicer it would be if we were talking about it  whilst being in the FA cup semi-final.

Why do Marseille keep kicking it to Man U? Butch Wilkins' prediction that Lucio would be the main threat has been proven a load of bollocks. He is the worst player I have ever seen.

Quite happy that Bayern's first goal was caused by a howler from Julio Cesar. He must have been expecting to have a bad day today, it's the Ides of March.

Wes Brown is the worst player in this game by some distance.......

Inter score at the death. Please let Marseille do the same (no chance).
