I love it when Alan Green asserts that a game is 'all over'. He is such a quivering tit of shit

Just back from the quarter finals of the Spanish Cup, Madrid derby between Atletico and Real. Pretty poor game, slick goal won it for Mourinho's lot. Bloody cold - no cover on three sides of the Calderon and when it's windy you feckin' well feel it.
A large section of Atleti chanting at Jose, wishing death on him...a bit harsh I thought. Most exciting part of the game when a couple of fans had a bust up in one of the stands which led to them punching each other while tumbling over half a dozen rows of seats.

You live in Madrid? Nice.

Watched the second-half the Madrid derby... typical Mourinho performance. Didn't play great, but got the job done. For a team that costs more than Man City's team (just about I think?) they're very boring to watch.

I know the larger clubs 'B' teams are not allowed to be promoted but can they play each other in the cup?

I think they changed it recently so B teams can't go in the cup.

Can you imagine watching Barcelona vs Barcelona B? It'd be football sex.

Eamonn, how much did you manage to spend on Redknapp's credit card before he cancelled it?

Oh dear, look at all those deranged Dogheads giving that young lady lineswoman abuse.

Go on Torres, get another and really stick it to those inbred scumbags.

1-0 Liverpool, Torress.

My God Andy Gray is an awful summariser. Before the game they mentioned Reina had gone a while without a clean sheet. What does he say? Does he mention the defensive problems in front of him? Does he mention his off-field doubts about life in England which might be affecting his form? No, he just says "he'll be disappointed with that". Well thanks a fucking bundle for that, Gray.

It's a real dilemma for Andy today.

Still probably wants Liverpool to win with no Steven 'I don't dive' Gerrard playing.

Just flicked over at HT to see the panel on Soccer Saturday talking about the attendance at they Sty for our match, 2nd lowest of the season??? I knew it was bad, but a derby and their biggest game, jeez, they really are a shitty little club.
