That was a dreadful challenge by Essien, two footed, practically a stamp.

It should really be the 'Thriller at the Villa' first.

That implies that the BBC ( and ITV/Sky) want you to see goals in a match.

Yes they do but only the one's scored by Sky4!

I wonder if, by any chance, it will be Chelsea, then Arsenal, then Liverpool on MOTD.

Ooops!  Villa 3rd!

Such a shock although all the post match jibe was about Blackpool and their poor defending. It was 10x worse at the other end.

I see Barton has grown up and has stopped getting into trouble.

I noticed it with Tevez earlier and Chamakh has the same. I have just about got used to the gloves been worn but now full blown scarves seem to be the fair for these soft Johnny Foreigners now.

Ashley Young was wearing gloves at Fulham. I wasn't there, but I honestly don't think I've had bothered with a coat if I had been, it was that not cold.

I like McCarthy.

I also think that had that been a Wolves player putting in that Fabregas challenge, he'd have been off, no doubt about it whatsoever.

"Peter Odemwingie starts for West Brom" while showing a video of Steven Reid.

Still, I suppose they all look the same don't they BBC?

I can't stand him. I haven't seen the challenge yet. Link?

BBC commentator seems to think flags will only go up for off side if you score a goal after receiving the ball in an offside position.

And what was all the fuss with the first Penalty. He almost rugby tackled the player.

No doubt about it.

And that fanny Wenger would have had the hump until their next game.  Arsenal's hypocrisy makes me want to puke.  I hope they win bugger all.

Jason Roberts has done well the last two games for Blackburn. Don't know why Big Sam didn't pick him more.

Also didn't realise he had an MBE.

Barton. I don't know where to start. The lad has been in great form but he spoils it by doing that. The clown has the talent but he is the kind of wretched little shit that has no place in the game.
