Well that was one of the most pointless penalty shoot outs ever, a 4-4 draw in the shoot out after a game where we had won 3-1 and Feyenoord lost to Benfica yesterday so it did not really matter anyway! Strange!

Do these penalties count towards something?

No. It's not like a regular tournament. It's just a step up from a regular friendly, so like an extended training match and penalty practice. Winner of us and Benfica wins the "cup" now. Doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of things.

Although it was only a friendly..... two very well struck goals from Sidwell and Albrighton.

Pens are taken at end of games so that in event of the group being tied there would be an overall winner.

Apparently if it is level after penalties are taken into account, it goes down to a dance-off.

Big Emile is going to bust a move on the centre spot. He's practically dancing for Britain.

Maybe the boo boys could cut him some slack?

Seeing as he's so familiar with the deck, the worm would be a natural choice.

Does he have the necessary spinal fluidity? I could see him breakdancing.
