I'm normally quite relaxed about MON's pace in the transfer market.  Not only am I used to it by now, but I also agree with the patient approach to get the men you want as opposed to the 'kid in a sweetie shop' mentality.  However, with the amount of players likely/reported to be leaving, I do think we need to start the process earlier this summer.
