And frankly our profile is not yet big enough to be able to do that.
I'm sure Randy & Co have negotiated hard, but the Liverpool deal with Standard Mutual, reported to be £20m over 4 years, only comes in next season. I just can't see us getting more per season than they do. A smaller deal with incentives that could therefore potentially rise to £20m, such as CL qualification, sounds more likely to me!

New shirt deal, Gardner sold in Jan, potential HUGE income from Milner and then the other players set to go. Is Randy lining up a 'war chest' for one last big spending spree before the new UEFA rules come in?
