I was hoping for a grass bank at the back.

Seems like progress to me. How many of the top teams in Europe don't have the corners filled in?

We know it's not going to happen now thanks to the Daily Mail.

Its something I can't understand. I know there's the old line of these stories selling papers but surely they do much more harm than good however you look at it. I'd love to have a word with the editor and ask what he really wanted to gain because if it was to ruin Englands chances of getting the World Cup they've certainly gone some way to doing that.

Eh?

mail has published quotes attributed to a member of the bid team slagging off competitors. Lord Triesman has resigned beacuse of it. On BBC Website.

Ta.

Triesman sounds like a silly old sod. Oh well. Quite fancy a holiday in Russia anyway. So long as Australia doesn't get it, I'll be happy. Can't be arsed to get up at 4 o clock every morning.

I am suprised nobody has pointed out that the Doug Ellis stand is no longer.

Looks great, not unlike the mock ups that have been knocking around for a while.

I like it too, looks quite imposing, similar to Newcastle.

Don't see what the problem is, the Holte will remain a separate stand so we'd still have some individuality.

Let's hope they make a better attempt of the front this time.

Nice mock up. Would like a stand with a bit of character.

Is this real or a mock up like all the others ive seen

Well it's a mock-up so far as it's a projected view of the stadium in eight years.
It's not real in the sense that it doesn't yet exist.

;-)
