Another win for the Bears in the 20/20 against Yorkshire.

They were 97 - 7 with 25 balls left before Clarke and Woakes hit 39 from 29 and 27 from 12 respectively to see the Bears through to 145 - 8.

The Tykes were going well but tight bowling by Tahir and Botha who conceded 35 in 8 overs and a Keith Barker hat trick at the death produced a win.

A quarter final place is guaranteed with a win against the Pears on Friday giving us a home tie.

YOU BEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!

Lancs and Notts lost today, almost guaranteed a home quarter-final now. Be nice to beat the Pears tomorrow to make sure...

Only need a tie or no result from our last 2 games to guarantee a home tie in the Quarter-Finals.

Could well top the group though.

Helped that Chapple was injured for Lancashire yesterday and his replacement Darren Powell was awful.

Another 20/20 win for the Bears which means we top the group. Home tie against Hampshire awaits.

What the hell is going on at Edgbaston today?

One minute the BBC and Cricinfo were saying that we're 96/4 at lunch and then they both change to saying that we're 39/2 after 9 overs??

They're both back at 96 - 4 off 31 now! Spooky.

Now the BBC, Skysports and Cricinfo are saying that we're 184/7 and our last wicket (Woakes) was lost on 187/7.

Very confusing?

313 all out in the end, Carter left stranded on 99 not out.

99 off 123 balls and left stranded after a run out! How annoying must that be?

Carter seems to be having the game of his life, 99 not out batting and has all 3 wickets so far today.

Not a good day for the Bears against Notts. 74 - 8 in their 2nd innings. Broad has taken 7 - 36.............. division two is calling.

Edit 79 - 9 and 8 - 37........

All out for 100 with Broad taking 8 for 52.

Takes Notts 3 overs to knock off the 25 required to win.

How the f*ck do you score 300+ batting first and still manage to lose it on the third day? Relegation will come as a relief.
