I can't imagine Bent and Gabby up front. It would be completely witless. We need imagination up front and centrally in general, as much as anything else.

I would be very tempted with Rodallega, though I'm not sure about him, but he's the TYPE of player we need I think.

Much depends on how much Delph and Delf progress. Both are EXACTLY the sort of player we need, but it would be a gamble to rely on both coming through next year. It could be a couple of years more for each of them before they are ready, and we don't really know that either of them will be.

Scott Parker would be a massive step up from Sidders and NRC though.

Must say I would still be happy with something like Jack Collison and Rodallega. Both have the potential to be top players imo.

I still want a coach. I'd love to see what a decent coach could do with this group of players.

After nearly four years, I think we can assume the Robertson/Walford combination has its limitations.

falcao looks pretty good at porto... 25 odd goals, pacy, strong, and looked pretty intelligent against arsenal...

manuel fernandes has played and performed in the premier league in the past, so wouldnt be too much of a gamble to buy from valencia...

We were reported to be interested in him last year for £4m before he went to Porto.
