I'm not being funny but who told you that you needed to have a dedicated server at a cost of £1250 a year.
I've designed, ran and built forums using this same software (by the way your out of date as this is just a "development version" of the software and is several versions behind and could have security issues) and unless you have another dozen sites running off the same server account.
It should only cost around £80 - £100 a year to run a forum, I used to pay £8 month for my hosting to run a forum, online shop, website, demo site and development forum for my design work.
This site doesn't have enough users online at any one time to warrant paying what you are for your hosting.
