It goes to the general GM committee and we get to all have a say as to who is in and who isn't. If you don't believe me ask a few posters here who have donated but didn't get GM status. Not many, mind you, but there were 3 posters. They have now since gone. (Apart from one who keeps asking to be allowed in. He's on 'probation')
