Hitting has been the biggest problem. I've watched most of the recent games and it feels like every game we have the bases loaded and do smeg all. Take last night, loaded with 0 out and not 1 run scored from it.

We managed to grab defeat from the jaws of victory again last night in A-Roid's last game at Fenway to lose the series 2-1. It really should have been a 3 game sweep for the Sox.

Red Sox end their 6 winning streak thanks to the bullpen in the bottom of the 8th, culminating in doing the thing I hate the most. Walking in the go-ahead, and as it turned out winning, run.

I'm watching most of the Red Sox now as I subscribed to MLBTV when they did an offer with 50 odd games to go. The amount of times they've lost games they should have wrapped up long before but failed to add to their lead with bases loads, or 2nd and 3rd with 0 or 1 out is amazing. I know teams are always going to lose a load of games over the season but I haven't seen many throw away as many games as the Red Sox do.

Cannon of an arm and is quick but not much else so far. Currently on a run of 7 consecutive strikeouts. Doesn't look ready for the bigs yet imo, whereas Benintendi does and will hopefully be back from injury soon.
