The ridiculous rule that voters can only select ten names means that 100% is impossible because some choose to leave off those certain to get enough votes and tick the box for borderline candidates.

Just finished the George F Will book on the history of Wrigley Field, that was a great read. Then I moved onto "Juiced" by the one and only Jose Conseco, wow I managed about 40 pages and couldn't go any further. If the letter "I" was missing from his keyboard he would be in trouble, what a load of rubbish.

"Juiced" may be a poorly written book and Jose is an unlikable character but it turned out that most of what he said was correct.

As a fellow baseball loving atheist, despite being a right-winger, George Will is OK.
