Pre season form is kind of fools gold. Good for Emi but it's probably more positive in terms of generating interest in him rather than any indication that he's in Emerys plans.

Looking at pre-season, it seems one of the objectives is to create saleable assets. Emi, Ramsey and the kids all getting lots of minutes.

Emery just has more respect for pro's and sees no benefit in creating a bomb squad.

Agreed.  He's still too lightweight and frankly just not good enough for our level in the premier league.

People will be saying he's like a new signing and is great cover for Jacob Ramsey should he be sold.  Buendia is what he is: an OK #10 for  a newly promoted side trying to stay in the PL.

Bit of a stretch. Everyone's featured a fair bit apart from Donk and the injured dudes, Barkley and García.

Emi in this form (and pre season last year until crocked) is great to have around when he is bang in form.

All too often we see the petulant Emi that loses the ball cheaply and then stands still waving his arms about

Difficult one to know which we get - if we could get enough to cover Acensio's wage then i would sell as MA is just so much better
