12 miles out of Newcastle and having listened to 5Live discussion, where we weren't mentioned once, I think I might just get my old man to turn us back. We've got no hope against these, apparently.

After Wednesday's defensive debacle, I'll be relieved if we manage to draw. Don't envy anyone being there with that North Sea wind chill factor today!

Hopefully we play Ings, and give Ollie a break. Interesting to see how Chambers does in that hostile crowd.

Hope Gerrard knows what he’s doing, as Luiz, McGinn and Watkins don’t deserve to keep those shirts after Wednesday’s calamity imo.
What’s the point in squad depth if players totally out of form get the nod over players waiting in the wings, regardless of what they do/don’t do on the pitch? Sends totally the wrong message.
Really disappointed with that lineup but hoping to eat humble pie at FT.
