Dont think first Sherwood win will come today but we will grind out a point, Swansea to help us by beating Burnley and were out of the bottom 3.

I dreamt last night that we got beaten 4-0.

I dreamt last night myself and my family had to go into hiding from the IRA.

I had my first villa dream in many years. Oddly Tom Fox was giving me advice on renovating my stone garage - he was very contrary to my suggestions!  Very strange. Too much sugar before bed perhaps.

I was actually relieved to wake up and discover it was a dream. Might be worth getting an expert in rather than Fox to advise?

I reckon this afternoon is going to be much more exciting than recent Saturday afternoons.

I shall be spending it removing old grout from bathroom tiles.

BTW, I think today could be a good one for "villa leading at half time, to lose at full time" bet.

Nice bit of 33/1 action.

I don't look forward to away games and following the action on SKY any more. I start off with little, if any hope but still feel gutted when we lose. It makes for a grim Saturday from waking up in the morning to going to sleep at night.

a draw would be a fine result for me, something to build on, I fear we will lose though

If Newcastle score first then it is pretty much game over.
