When Im in an obscure country somewhere with no TV , radio and slow internet , the match thred is all I can follow and I love it , the passion , drama and the excitement of fans on here ,  Nothing wrong with fans getting emotional to me , If theres a Carlos fuck up , yes I might quickly post Carlos ffs , or If its a great goal , I will compliment all the players involved .  Just cause Im on edge or getting nervous or whatever , I dont care , I will post on there .

Anyway onto Monaco match thread  , cause I aint going .

Match threads are very much like the Arsenal TV thing (and that fan in the stands) with completely over the top histrionics.

It's fine to be pissed off, and when you're in the stands and you blurt out an expletive (which we've all done) I get it, but you don't blurt out the written word, you have to actually type something out, and surely that takes the moment away?

I will bet that every single match thread for every single team is the same
Why everything is suddenly 'Arsenal' for being reactive is a strange one.
