After the game I usually try to listen to the radio as I walk back to the car. As I walk down Witton lane it works perfectly then cuts out as I turn the corner only to come on again significantly later after the Yew Tree. Is this to do with police radios cutting out reception?

Police don't cut reception, but they might use their own frequencies at a higher strength- assuming you're using AM/FM etc.

If it's off your phone then it's volume trying to access the network.

I'm using my phone (BBC Sounds) but just confused why it works in the ground then cuts off in the streets at exactly the same place each time.

Police do cut reception in Whitehall but maybe that a bit different.

If it happens at exactly the same spot, it'll likely just be a blind spot in DAB or internet coverage.

I have two seperate ones in the last mile of my journey to work - every single time I pass them, internet access goes so i lose whatever I'm listening to, then comes back at the same time.
