Hardly any home wins since 1987.

0-7 at home.

Even Blues beat Arsenal.

Ex bluenose.

She’s got to go.

Meh. I know it’s not a god look but I couldn’t give a toss about womens football.

I get enough stress and anxiety from Villa as it is. I’m in no rush to open up another supply of it.

She may well get the push, but her former club should have no bearing on the decision. That would make us as pathetic as Everton.

They're Vllla. It's always bumpy, but they'll do OK.

She is not a Birmingham fan as far as I am aware, she is a Villa fan. Despite some of the terrible results we have moved forward although if we are going to make it as a big club an upgrade will be needed. That does not mean I vote for her dismissal as I’d like to see what she can do next.

I think I may have had one too many bank holiday beers when I posted this.  The ex blue nose bit was more about them never seeming to work out when they cross the divide.  Anyway we have improved I suppose.  Still she needs to go.  :-)

Disagree the progression is there to see, it’s not earth shattering but it is there. Next season is about another step up into mid table dependent on the budget they’re given to try and improve the squad and of course the gradual inclusion of more academy graduates. Improve the home form would appear to be the key to moving up a couple of places.

The top 4 in the WSL are miles ahead and hammer all the also rans. Villa are 2 years in the League and developing nicely IMO.

I'm not sure 7-0 suggests development. We also lost 4-0 at home to them and have also lost 5-0 twice this season. Things had been improving lately, before yesterday's debacle. I think she may be under pressure if we don't see off Small Heath at home. Our home record is appalling.

Staying up comfortably is a good season for the ladies team. Pretty sure last season was very similar to mens in 19/20, scraped a draw on last day to stay up so there has been progress.

As said above if people think there's a massive gulf between top and mid table in mens football it's ten times worse in women's league.

Got SHA on the final day so nice chance to relegate them. Game is at Villa Park.

Same here. The Super League is really, really poor as well. Dominated by three or four teams who routinely smash everybody else into oblivion. It's an over-promoted product that doesn't warrant the attention it gets yet. Man U, the top of the table team, played in front of 2,500 fans yesterday.

They'll already be down barring an unlikely win at Man City on Wednesday.

It is poor, need more games at traditional grounds.
Newcastle in the fourth tier played at St James Park in front of 22,000 yesterday.

I follow the team on the Villa app, read the match reports and listen to some of the interviews. That’s about it though. There was an article on Anita Asante in the Graun last week and it looks as if Eni Eluko has blagged another high profile gig, this time in America.
