The team is a mirror image of the owner, insipid, timid, spineless, confused, fearful, characterless, disagreeable and ultimately unfit for purpose.

It's seems to be one of those things that there's no real reason you get it, and no telling when you'll get it next.

Or it could also manifest itself when your team is being hammered at home, your team mates really need an out upfront but deep down you know you're just not up to it anymore. Ofcourse you could stay on and do your best for he side or you can take the easy option and run away and hide.

if the bottom has fallen out of your world, just support Aston Villa and see the world fall out of your bottom

Gil and Veretout are hugely frustrating players.

You can put up with a Gavin McCann or NRC as they have plenty of endeavour to mask their pretty substantial limitations.

A player like Westwood is just an out-and-out rotter. It's not intentional on his part, he's just playing in a league at least one step up from his playing ability.

But with Veretout and Gil, they look like they could be decent at this level. They just hold onto the ball far too long.

They both have the touch and awareness to play little give and gos to open teams up, but they rarely seem to it. Particularly in areas that matter.   Probably a lack of confidence in their teammates that they'll get the ball back.

Mainly because there's so little movement by the other players, there's no one to pass to never mind a give and go.

The day started so well. Mrs Rico was in particularly generous good form and then you bastards well and truly shafted us. Not one of you should ever wear the claret and blue again.

I'm typing this on Thursday and I'm sure I'm not the only one who still feels upset at what happened. I've been grumpy all week, told a customer to fuck off and generally been bad tempered all week.

Mrs Rico said what's up with you, and it finally occurred to me yesterday: that bunch of c**ts pro porting to be Villa players have well and truly fucked up my karma! Bastards the lot of ya! As for you Mr Lescott- you ain't no Villa fan!
