They seem to be really happy about the deal don’t they. Liberal splatterings of the C word on social media aimed at Gomes. If they come back up I would imagine he will get a polite ripple of applause by the sound of it.

Everything points to this being a decent signed. Industrious, hard working and a bit of skill. Happy with it, we need central midfield to be strong for Emery to be able to tactically play how he wants to. I fully expect another in there to come.
