When does Manzambi join up with the squad? Thought he would have done so by now, or is he still injured?

He got to the WC QFs, he's still on his brek.

Ah, ok, I thought that group would be back by now but clearly not! Those games were a bit later than I remembered.

McGinn has only just joined up last week, and I don’t think Scotland got to the quarters, did they?  :P

I think players get a three week obligatory break, so quarter finalists would run until this weekend, semi-finals were Tuesday/Wednesday but they played in the third/fourth play-off which would run up to next Saturday, finalists next Sunday.

So, in theory Manzambi in this week. But Konsa, Watkins, Martinez won't even be training until we arrive in Salzburg. Digne presumably will have his release clause triggered by PSG next weekend having holidayed on our dime.

Which is why I assume we arranged another friendly after the Super Cup to get some minutes into those 4 players in particular.

So PSG French players in the same boat then!

Yes but it's not a legitimate European league. They play only 34 games and PSG can start slow and still walk to the title.
