Strikes me that if starting the second half on time is something that's really important, it's pretty silly of us to repeatedly not do so.

If £575k is the cost of Unai getting all his half-time instructions across, then so be it.

If the Premier League introduced hydration breaks, we might have more chance of starting the second half on time.

Citeh had the exact same sanction last season, so why wouldn't we be hit with it for doing the same thing? And before anyone else uses the 115 length of time etc, it is essentially one charge which we have accepted and not used the wealth of a country to fight tooth and nail.

Yeah, it's petty, but it's a known rule and it happened in nearly a quarter of our matches. Must do better.

Most of the 9 games concerned are for a delay of an average of about 1 minutes and 30 seconds.
