She has mournful eyes, and seems on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

Must see TV.

Just as long as they don't take SJM. That would upset our summer transfer plans.

If they could do some Cocoon shit and knock 10 years off his age without affecting his ability, that would be sound.

I'm concerned that they'll ask one of the Scottish players to 'Take me to your leader'.

I think I’d be okay with being beamed up by aliens. It’d be good to go live on another planet, cos ours is full of arsehole humans.

And if they start getting all funny with that butt stuff, I’m more than prepared to give as good as I get. I’ve been to Berlin, I know what goes on.

Most likely they’d soon put me back.  :(

I'll be cheering for Canada tonight in the Celine Dion derby. It would be pleasing if the three "weak" hosts finished top of their groups.

I think there has been an overreaction to that Ghana result. Those games where a smaller nation sits really deep always happens in these tournaments and has already happened to the likes of Spain. I honestly don't think there is much to it, I'm not suddenly worried. And players like Palmer simply haven't been good enough to warrant a call up so it's not something to bash Tuchel on the head over.

I still think we'll get to the quarters or further where you start playing the big guns and most of which can go eitherway.

Agree with this. Havent read the rest of the thread today, so apologies if repeating, but McNulty on bbc indicating Tuchel missing the guile of Foden and Palmer, behold amnesia on last season.
