I'm guessing the timing of the games doesn't help here, or the location. Most people will have plenty of other places to watch England matches and drink within walking distance of home.

Why pay to watch something that is free in a pub or at home? Particularly when you look at the pack of jeopardy in the group games, hardly edge of your seat stuff. And alongside the kick off times it's enough for people to think, nah, you're alright.
