Since that goal against Bayern he has taken his career on a Franz Klammer.

Berg is a tidy little player and I think he’s the one who’s been part of Bodo/Glimts success over the last few years .

Yes. Fourth member of the Berg family to play for our National team: Grandfather Harald (who Eusebio claimed had to be the world's best non-pro player at the time), his dad Ørjan and uncle Runar, and now Patrick.

How do you think it will go on Saturday?

On an indefinite leave of absence from Zenit. No reports as to why.

I'm prepared to be disappointed. We've got someone really, really good up top in Haaland, some very decent players elsewhere, and Solbakken has worked wonders with this team. But I think the team is too uneven overall. I didn't really care when we lost to France in the group stage with a 2nd 11 and did what Unai did vs Spurs - it was to be expected. Quarterfinal is decent enough. But here's hoping...

I think either side can win it on Saturday with us as slight favourites. Let’s hope we don’t get a rerun of that game in 81 was it?

“Keir Starmer can you hear me, etc etc

Yes, 1981. If Bjørge Lillelien wasn't already famous in Norway as a sports reporter (and he absolutely was), he became a legend that day. That rant was obviously prepared well in advance (just in case), but he managed to make it sound spontaneous. There's several YT clips out there. There's no-one like him nowadays, alas...

And I'd also have England as favourites on Saturday (60/40?), but Norway enjoy being the underdogs. Like against Brazil (we've still never lost to them).

Like that Icelandic Clap  crap, I am getting a bit bored with the Norway rowing boat thing.
A bit ice bucket challenge.

Never mind '81, I remember losing there in '93 as we failed to qualify for the World Cup. Jasper Carrott's comment about Des Walker afterwards was that milk turns quicker.
