The sensible thing would be for England to host every tournament. Including AFCON etc.
Very sensible comment.

A Trump administration source said: "This individual was seeking admission to the United States. Upon further inspection by CBP [Custom and Border Protection], derogatory information, including association with suspected members of terror organisations, was discovered making the traveller ineligible for admission to the United States under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).

"The traveller was refused admission and given immigration forms that provide the section of law used to complete an expedited removal under 8235 of the INA.

"President Trump's administration will not allow any security threat to enter our country - full stop."

BBC Sport has approached Artan for comment. He told the New York Times, external on Tuesday that he was questioned by border officials over his links to Somali militant group Al Shabab and had told them he knew nothing about the group.

Obviously I would take that explanation with a pinch of salt.

Haiti have agreed to change their kit for the World Cup, after FIFA complained showing soldiers liberating them from the French was too political.

I'm the last person to be all "keep politics out of football", but that complaint...doesn't feel all that unreasonable.

And given it's the second time this year that it's happened (Haiti had to change the design of their ski suits at the Winter Olympics at the last minute for similar reasons), I'd imagine they did it expecting this to be the result.

Yep, it feels like they're after the publicity at this point.

Dunno, it would be a nice gesture if that bloke who was kicked out of the US was given it.

So all of one current player, one other player who played for them this season and then going back over the last 13 years to find others to give them double figures. We have almost that many players who still play for us there.

Dan Burn played 28 games on loan there over a decade ago. Fucking hell that's desperate!
