Rice: I feel like we’re going to score from every set piece. Took every set piece and beat the first man 3 times.
That was shit.

Means no rest 3rd game and no Ollie being as he hasn't been looked at in this game.

Predictable comedown after the hype following the Croatia game. Sure, Tuchel is a better manager than Southgate, but he’s not the Messiah. It’s notoriously difficult to mould a collection of players from different clubs into a functioning team.

awful game - but if we can get a result against - checks notes - Panama then that's all that's needed.

Thought Rice and the center halfs were good.  Rogers good when he came on too - all the wide players (bar Rogers) failed to do anything with the space they had - was like watching bailey over the last couple seasons.

Havent been impressed with Andreson though he is clearly a good player

How England could have done with Pau Torres!

No distributor in back 7? Wharton and TAA left at home.

And was that high pitched squeal Hart's shoes on the floor or Wayne Rooney speaking?

Just one of those games that happen in a world cup. It doesn't particularly worry me in the long run. I would absolutely be playing O’Reilly on the left in a game where we were always going to have the ball, though.

I'll be honest, I thought it was a pretty clear pen by Konsa.

Yeah, I was looking forward to him getting a chance. Hopefully we're comfortable relatively early doors in that game.

Anderson can distribute from the back, so can Rice. But Ghana closed down the Anderson and Rice wasn't dropping back enough to be that player. They allowed Guehi and Konsa to have the ball as they can't play the killer pass.

But the wingers also didn't do enough with the ball, and Gordon was lucky to start after last game, and proved he wasn't the answer this game as well.

It's so strange to watch Villa every week - finding ways to control the middle of the pitch - and then to see England pushed out wide and strangled, as though the middle of the field doesn't exist.

With the Pickford incident and then the Konsa incident, I think England were lucky to get a draw out of that.

Konsa was really poor tonight. That tackle was crazy and thought he was the one who played Ghana onside for Pickford's incident. Distribution really poor throughout.

James in particular and Rice seem flat.

Madueke and Gordon were appalling in 2 games, Rice taking every set piece shows a lack of imagination and who says Bellingham and Rogers can't play together.....

As the pundits are saying…don’t worry we’ll sort it out…(with the same starting 11).
