I think they are heading towards the right model, getting them out on loan gives a much better way of judging the players ceiling as to whether they can play for us or be moved on.  I would hope in pre season we will get to see good minutes for the likes of Hemmings / Burrowes and Feeney if he is still here - we will need 4/5 of the youngsters around the squad this season
