I heard 8-12m mentioned, which is very decent money for Mings, but leaves a huge hole in the squad.

That would be good going for him being as he only has a year left on his contract. I can see why he would want to move on while he can, though. I'm not sure how many minutes he's going to get next season for us.

I guess it depends if they think we can get by with Torres, Konsa, Cisse, and Lindelof.

Does Torres have a 50+ game season in him? Think we need an experienced replacement for Mings with an eye to moving Konsa or Torres on in 12 months from a position of strength.

Can’t see anyone paying that much. He would leave a gap in leadership terms, but if Ty is playing more than a few games this season we’re in trouble. He’s a real modern era legend for the club, but he’s not at the level we need now.
