Lindelof has been excellent for us in whatever position he's been asked to play, and at whatever stage of a game, and it's a mystery to me as to why we have not been calling  much more on his reliability and experience during this difficult time of injuries to key established players. He'd be first on my list of starters v Wolves, and I don't care in what position.

Time to put calming whale music on...

Mae Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau Yn Annwyl I M
Gwlad Beirdd A Chantorion Enwogion O Fr

Reckon its more stirring that calming.

Must win and a certain few players need to pull their finger out

Emi
Cash Konsa Pau Maatsen
Luiz Onana
Sancho Barkley Rodgers
Tammy

Dont want to see Mings, Buendia or Ollie anywhere near the starting lineup
I agree , this is probably the strongest team we can field right now.
Luiz and Onana have to turn up.

We have to start on the front foot too. If we start off on walking football, Wolves will come at us, Martinez will throw one in on 9mins, and we'll be huffing and puffing to no avail for the rest of the game as they dig in.

The level of inferiority complex you must have to contrive events against a side who have lost 20 games and conceded 51, who are currently the worse there's been for many, many a decade is quite something.

Our league position would have had us easily beat Everton, Brentford, Bournemouth and Leeds. It’s our dire form that worries me. Of course Wolves can beat us.

People said the same or similar before Everton. And Leeds.

All of this has happened before. All of this will happen again.

Onana needs to put in a performance as I’m rapidly running out of patience with him. He should be showing far more than he has recently.

I'd go .

              Martinez
Cash Konsa Torres Maatsen
           Barkley.       Luiz
     Sancho.                Rogers.
       Abraham        Watkins

I think we'd just play them off the park.
Yes, despite my reservations about Sancho this is probably what I'd go with.

As I stated, and was pilloried in some quarters for, our midfield is weak at the moment so I would bring in Lindelöf to sit in front of the back four, playing the Kamara role, stepping in to help as another CB and breaking up play. He is a good passer, not of the quality of Torres but ok and while he won't attack like Kamara but he may bring some steel and stability. Yes we have to change formation, perhaps lose a winger but I agree that his experience and talent would be valuable in a side struggling for inspiration.

Not sure he can, he is limited.

I think Dougie has been on the same level if not worse, Onana has shown at times that he can be dominant and play well.

In Wolves a whale is something with spokes.
