absolutley schooling them, should have a bigger lead. Febernache losing their heads a bit not suprised with all that whislting must think its for them ;D. Bunedia and Sancho playing great tidying up in defence and causing aggro up front. The ammount of cushioned head or chest back to Biz in that atmosphere showed great composure!

I'd be well pissed off if I was Watkins - numerous times he could have been played in earlier - and Buendia and Rogers aren't releasing the ball.

Good header by Sancho - hope that gives him a confidence boost.

Mings impressive too

Maybe because when they do, he dithers on it and does nothing.

However, I agree with what you said.

Not got TNT but nice to read a positive match thread.
Honestly thought it would be a very difficult night start to finish.

Back 4 have been excellent…..Mings in particular.
Tielemans is our calming influence in the middle.
Buendia, Sancho and Rogers have been as good in flashes as they have been poor in flashes.

But we desperately need an upgrade on Ollie or someone who is going to take the pressure off him.

Yeah, like with Everton he's anonymous again. I don't get it

Well in fairness there’s been 3 or 4 good runs he’s made and would have been through had others not dawdled.

We need another couple of goals. Our habit of always conceding will make an appearance even against these second raters, because it always does.

I said similar - Buendia and Rogers have been slightly greedy at times and not made the right choices

He’s been played in twice and fucked it up.  3 times a charm hopefully.

What an excellent first half. You don’t get many better away performances than that. Although we have messed up 2/3 really good opportunities. Here’s hoping that was our shit half.

Based on these comments alone this very much as Go Ahead Eagles vibes...cruising should be further ahead....these are crap etc etc
No. This is much, much better.
We were half arsed against a poor GAE team.
We have been bang in it against this lot.

Sancho, if he only had 50% of the first touch of Leo Messi would have 2 goals. As it is was -10% the first touch and the easy opportunity vanished.

Yes, need to be ruthless and take our chances.

When the ball hit the ref how was the game restarted. Shouldn't it be a drop ball to us?
