Not much more shuffling of the pack Emery can do with the deck he has. Imagine we’ll see plenty of subs relatively early.

Surprised Tielemans has been risked. Then again, who else is there.

Exactly.  I'm more surprised Mings is starting - hasn't played a minute since Liverpool away.
Red card waiting to happen with Duran.

Unless he takes him down as last man, I’d say Duran is the more likely of the two to get sent off.

He could play Guessand 😂  or even Garcia.

Great chance to nail down progress to the next stage and get Everton out of our minds.

Good news on Onana included. Is this the first outing for Lindelof/Mings as a pair?

Will hardly play 90+. Can see a bit of fireworks between Duran and him.

I think that’s been done on purpose, wind him up,
Hope he loses his cool and then they’re down to 10. Come on Villa, let’s beat these fuckers.

That looks a real weak squad now.

That’s because it is at the moment.

Zaha and Bamford seemed to get Mings wound up and losing his composure, Duran is a similar type.

I’d be more than happy with a draw, no further injuries and everyone getting home safe.

Apart from Maatsen for Digne, is it really that defensive?

It is pretty negative having a keeper in the starting 11.
