OTD 12 month ago they were 3rd and 8 points ahead of us.

Bloody hell, that's criminal!

Gibbs -White would do well under Unai.

That timed run and finish was top class
Indeed.
When he picked up the ball and drove at the goal, you just knew.
I’d love him at the Villa.

Couldn't agree more, made for Villa and Unai and i'm sure he would want to come to Villa Park.

Great result, back on track.

Great win, just what the doctor ordered.

Hopefully, a rehearsal for the Europa Cup final.

Forest gave us so much respect. Villa just gradually grind teams down at home. The home form is simply crazy. My only real surprise is when 2-0 up second half we stopped the patient passing and seemed to be playing the 'glory' pass too often,  giving away possession. This ultimately led to the goal in transition.

It was very cold at the game and a snowy yet stunning drive through the Cambrian Mountains both ways.

Rogers was all over the place in a good way, Kamara exceptionally, Yuri class and SJM fantastic.
Despite and in spite of the Arsenal game, we are a very good team and there is more to come if we have some decent luck with injuries.

Thought we did very well today with their low block. We kept patient and kept at it. Quality shone through with some fantastic goals. Ollie hit an absolute cracker. Kamara excellent. Mcginn MOTM with two fantastic finished.

Their no 5 Murillo, I dont think I've seen a tub of lard like him since Agbonlahor's final season.

The most unBrazillian footballer ever. Didn’t look the part, didn’t play the part, there was too much ‘part’.

Someone behind me at the match commented that he had the appearance of someone who had stepped in last minute for a Sunday league team.  He was losing the plot in the 2nd half and went crazy at the sub keeper at one point.

I do wish we would stop scoring these goals from outside the box.
2 more today.
Don’t they know it’s unsustainable ?

FFS, Sort it out Emery.

Wasn't it Murillo who stamped on Rogers at one point?

He looked a lot better last season and rattled our crossbar from 30 yards in last season's game. There's a player there - somewhere.
